Sibona Double-Layer Skirt

This skirt is the combination of two layers in different colors creating contrasting effect. It is designed in such a manner that outer layer can be gathered on one or both sides. Gathering allows the inner layer to become visible. Both the layers are attached to waist belt which has elastic and drawstring to ease the wearing.
